LAST DAY OF WORK

i think i was too excited this morning dat i accidentally dropped my left contact lens into the toilet bowl. wth..hahha! no choice, have to wear one side. very strange lor..sometimes blur sometimes clear. LOL.

I had mixed emotions the whole day. Because today is the last day and to show my gratitude for their guidance for this 2 months, i chionged really fast in helping them clear their workload today. haha. tiring, but happy & satisfied! And this makes me think dat i m useful and can contribute. yeahhh...

At the last moment, and also the full-of-feeling time, i bit farewell to my fellow colleagues. Cant believe i received hugs. For the 1st time in my working life, girls hugged me and i actually gave them out for free. WAHAHAHAHA! But..i'll always remember these farewell hugs, cos it means something. And i thought i saw one of the management staffs cried. her tone while talking to me also suggested dat feeling. thank them all.

I will miss my work desk alot - the lousy cpu power button dat i switched on every morning, the mouse dat i touched almost the whole day, the keyboard dat made my fingers tired, the rubber bands that i have collected (many bunches hor, dun play play, all my efforts!), the efficient printer dat produces WORDS FROM MY WORK, the comfy push seat dat i always make it warm, the barcode scanner dat's so obedient to my every click, the toilet dat's always gd smelling, the office door dat welcomed me everyday and THE COLOURFUL CASE FILES dat i collect every morning to provide ppl with workloads and sufferings. LOL.

after dat went to raffles place to submit my timesheet. in the MRT, a gal and i versus our 'eyelectric' for three stops (it's a draw). just for a quick game. i going army liao, so i wont be dating anyone. got fate we meet agn and versus our eye currents, voltage and power.

1st and 2nd landyard are from secondary sch for being a prefect/student council cum class monitor.

3rd and 4th are from Internship at Sembawang Kimtrans.

5th is from Singapore Polytechnic as a Student

Too bad CPF did not have a landyard. Else i would have 7.
I'm gonna keep obtaining and collect more.

aioyh, everything seems to happen in the bus. single decker is so not cold and quite stuffy bcos of the packed interior. dere's tis LAO UNCLE standing near to me (130pm direction), sweat till the sweat liquid rolling down from his armpit area. EEEEEEEeeeeee!!! den got some sort of stale fish smell (really a smell of stale fish, OK?) ppl looked at him time and again.it was like..WAH LAN NEH!!'RUN FOR YOUR LIVES!' SIAM AH SIAM AHHH! i really CANT tahan le, i kept pretending to touch my nose, and i held my breathe serveral times. lucky got tis malay guy sitting beside me - he reached inside his bag for a perfume, den stretched to the back of his shirt, den a soft 'psss' went the perfume spraying. haarrrr, smells better.. i showed a thumb-up to him and he giggled.

Lesson Learnt: Perfume can save our lives!

hahah, tis week is my last week of work. my colleagues treated me to a very scrumtious lunch today. didnt care about the names of the dishes, cos all we care was EAT!! 20mins settled all O.O super the fast!

Actually can sleep longer after a day of long work hours, but my dad spoke so loudly over the phone in the morning at the bedroom door, saying what yu2leng3 (amanda's other name) got inflamed toe. den i was like O.o and feel like laughing. i think the caller was seeking remedies for her 'infected' toe. LOL. easy lah.. CUT OFF the toe lor XD
haha, i also got tis b4. it's bcos of dat stupid toe nail, growing downward and poking into the flesh, den got dull yellow substance at the inflamed spot. i try my luck and cut the trim the nail, VERY PAIN HOR!! after dat heal liao. me pro..
my mum also got tis b4, but instead, she eat medicine cos she's scared of pain. useless...in the end still cut. wahaha.

3 more weeks to Tekong..OMG.. time flies. nvm, i m prepared for it anyway. hahaha
All frens in army, colleagues complain about tiredness, and i m bored at home. so out of lameness, i read up all my blog post. LOL. is tis lame? ok rite? haha.

so embarrassingggg.....arrhhhh.. i woke up and found myself havgin a minor flu, so i took a de-cold pill. half an hr past and the drowsiness effect came while i was on the bus to work. i was rocking left right foreward backward. suddenly my head went all the way right and knocked REAL hard onto the glass pane. thx to dat, i am fully awoke (for dat instance only). the uncle sitting beside me goes 'ohohoh', den he said this is the 1st time he saw someone banging onto the pane. zzz. i explained y. the standing passengers grinned and dere's one little gal standing right beside the sitting uncle beside me, around the age of 12, giggled. dat time i was so embarrassed!! dunno which direction to look. so i joined and laughed also lor.. LOL lucky i reached my destination b4 i go banging agn. at work..aiyoh....cant concentrate. i asked my supervisor for permission to rest and she agreed. gam sia so much.. not bad ah..earning money while slping. hahaha, jk. i m not dat kind of cheap person.
i chionged starfruit juice and guava for vitamin C and apple to prevent sore throat & cough (these two always follow flu without fail). hope this will help. so far the flu didnt get worser. heahea..

very sian! finished another storybook liao. reader's digest also finish liao. so went to play billiard with my bro. AHH HAHAHA, i won 9 rounds and lost only 2 rounds. LOL. den he keep finding excuses saying he was not on form. tsk tsk. at around 6pm, we made our way to have out dinner, den to ahma hse. and so coincident lor, we met mum & dad at the foodcourt. hehe..

the air at ahma hse was very pure today, hahaha. bcos my 2 uncles weren't dere to smoke. and surprisingly ahgong also didnt smoke for - for 3hrs. as usual and predictable, rebecca biao mei was studying/doing homework in the room. and ahma keep asking us to eat things. every 5mins, she would either ask us to eat or take some food and passing around, asking ppl to eat. haha.

seeing the sky turning to the very pink, my parents panicked, haha, cos nv close windows in the hse and we would be drenched walking to the busstop. I assured them it wont rain. they said I very li4 hai4 and told me to stay longer if i want. ZZZZ. nvm, they win liao lor. i follow home lor. on bus nv rain, reached home also nv rain. only nice wind. i told them liao lorrrr...my frens & colleagues say i m rain god liao. can predict very accurately 1. HAHAHA.

shortly, i received a msg from a fren living just few blocks away. he said he was feeling down and he asked me to accompany him to 7-11 buy beer and drink. O.O i called him..and he sounded weak and sad. we met later and he told me he had broken up with his girlfriend. we talked on the way to and from 7-11 and understood the situation. he bought 10 cans of beer O.O !!! we sat down on a stair and he downed the cans so fast. i know i cant stop him, so i just let him be. but to prevent him from drinking too much, i dranked 2 cans, and hid away 2 cans. ya, he's abit drunk and i walked him home. reaching at the doorstep, he claimed that he was fine, so i left him, knowing dat any comforting words were useless at dat 'peak' point of time.

well, 3am now liao, going to slp.

kel's at Pulau Tekong now, AHH LEH LU YA.. he nv train himself physically b4 enlisting, tekong cfm will squeeze the sweat and blood dry. and he very weird and loner lor..his parents wanna accompany him to go, but he refuse and restricted them. O.o lame..
hai..1 more month my turn liao. AHH LEH LU YA to me too, hope i will mix with good guys.

and, O.o my dad struck 4D & TOTO. total winnings = $1200
gave my bro & i $10 each only.. zzz. my mum lor..bargained, cos they spent quite alot on stuffs for hungry ghost festival. nvm lah, better than nth. heehee.

tmr is my company's retreat day to Sentosa. a total of 180 ppl are going! cool..like dat damn happening leh, plus got already-planned activities. den the 3 beaches will be conquered by AIA. LOL. but too bad, they didnt opt for temporary staffs like me to join. cheyyy...

den i did tis particular life test sent by my biao mei, and poor she - life expectancy 69 only. she need to take things easy lah.. LOL. my life expectancy is 93.6. O.O i dun wan to live till so old lah.. cfm problematic. found it quite interesting, so ask my whole family to do. WAHAHAHA.
my dad's is 92.3, my mum's is 87.7, wee's is 86.7, HWEE'S IS 86.4. lowest, or rather, WEAKEST among us. tsktsktsk. hahaha. but dunno accurate or not leh.

For the 1st time, ever, i was 45mins late for work. Of cos it was not my fault. Dat stupid SBS bus 197, departed 10mins late from schedule. tis was alrite..but at the 5th stop, IT BROKE DOWN!! It was raining!! And the traffic was congested (u can c the expressway was jamming all the way up).
Made me waited for another 15mins...
WAH KAO! GOODNESS GRACIOUS!! it was a single-deck bus almost full with passengers. And i had to stand instead of sitting comfortably on the previous bus.
Because of the jammed way, the bus kept moving & stopping, moving & stopping, and i was like knocking left & right all the way. Pissed!!PISSED!!
While on the way, i saw two accidents. one was after the accident and one was DURING the accident. Both were motorcycle mishaps. The 1st one dun talk lah, the motorcyclist was already on the ambulance.
The 2nd accident!! LIVE!
Got one particular motorcyclists. I think he was also pissed off with the jam and was rushing. He manouvred the motor left right left right, overtaking many vehicles skillfully. Out of a sudden, the whole motorcycle skied! Banging onto the back bumper of a car. !! O.O !! Can hear a loud thump even from inside of the bus. the motorcyclist den moved in agony, trying to stand up. The car owner den stepped out of the car, den put the triangle sign behind. After dat, i dunno liao. the bus just passed.
Finally reached workplace, den suddenly stomachache! ZZZ WAH KAO!! go pass motion. 945 den started work. dat was 1hr late!

TIRED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
woke up at 6am, den rushed my workload. hoping dat i can finish as many as possible, cos i must leave at 4pm to be able to get to my dad's company's annual dinner & dance on time. rush until my hands cut here cut dere by papers and files. my supervisor is so nice. she agreed without any forethoughts. thx her so much. den i promise her i will chiong lotsa work on monday as a return favour.

rush back home, den bathed. wah kao.. the cuts on my hands. so painful when in contact with the soap/shampoo/face wash, and my hair are like cutting the wounds deeper. dun care lah, tightened my jaw muscle and bear with it.

1st thing dat happened when we entered:
'WAH...two tall and handsome boys, like father like sons!', 'come come, alice(dad's colleague), choose one as ur prince charming.' my bro & I O.O haha, den we know they were talking about alice's hope to haf a boyfriend. shortly after we sat down, another of my dad's colleague and his family sat down with us (same table, agn). last time we sat 2gether too. den his daughter won the sexiest gal prize. arrogant. den my parents told us not to keep seeing her, else she gets more arrogant. LOL. too bad 2nite dun haf sexiest gal & guy prize lah, sry. hahaha. ya, she's eleGANT, but arroGANT. fyi, her family is not rich.

we were eating the fine food, but having trouble. cos ppl are like looking at us. aiyoh...how u expect us to eat peacefully? shortly, my bro and i made out way to the toilet, then agn.. 'c lah, look look look, they 'siam' liao.' we O.O agn. den i joked back, ' no lah, go toilet make up our hair nicer let u all c'. WAHAHAHA. but we really were going to the toilet to fang1 bian4 mah..

den dere was this singing competition. LOL. den we became the judges. HAHAHA. like superstar probation. got to hear from funny, lame and nice voices. everything is funny. LOL. in the end, we voted a Japanese the winner. I must say he's a pro. got feeling, got the voice and got the appeal. 2nd is to an old uncle, ahahahha. ya he too have very gd voice (sang hokkien song though, but wah..his voice very professional).

today's sky is very nice. weather is gd too. (haha, boring start of blog post) b4 i went for a jog the sky is like this. swee leh.. after jog, i climbed up to the 9th storey and enjoyed the wind (cool myself down too). took a pic too.

wat a late nite event. hahaha. Manda's frens, relatives and even fren's fren participated in ytd's birthday countdown party.. oh no, to be precise, an 'e-party' cum 'e-celebration'. LOL. the 'online' party started at nite ard 8pm or so and it climaxed at ard 11+pm.

I was so tired after a tired workday, dat i took a 1.5hr nap 1st at ard 10pm. 1140pm i rejoined the e-party, haha. and manda's desktop and memory is already flooded with msn windows, ALL COMPETING TO WISH HER. WAHAHA. 12am got nearer and nearer, heart pounding fast.

DONGG!!! 12AM!!! i quickly clicked and pressed and selected. HAHA. i sent thru 4 mediums in the following order. MSN>BLOG>SMS>EMAIL. and yeah, to my surprise, only me got into every of the results table. hehehe, kiasu me. but so sad, no 1st rank for me. I'll beat Wenzhong and Merwyn next time. heahea. my ultimate opponents.

Well..even without nice foods and drinks, it was far more exciting. LOL. it further liftened up my mood. nice one! i nv know such event can be so enjoyable. yea...manda is the happiest person ytd. and yet the busiest. haha, cos she needed to clean up the mess, replying tags and msn msg.

Manda, once u've opened the present. let me know ah.. i shall let u know how it can make ur study room beautiful.

went to c my grandpa today. when we got dere and saw the state my grandpa is in, my mood went down. the feeling was so intense. he could barely walk stably and he cant talk sensibly anymore. my mum asked him if he still remember his children and grandchildren. he recalled every of his children. but dere's 1 thing dat really made my heart sank and i swear i will be gracious. out of so many grandchildren dat he's got, he only remembered 3 of us (my 2 bros and i). yes, we are the closest to him bcos we used to stay overnight everywk at his hse when we are small. dat time my uncle was still single and he brought us out to play. i could no longer hold my tears. it's gathering and overflowing. i excused myself from everyone and made my way outside, saying i wanna buy a drink. this is my 2nd time i cried wif emotion..

he dunno where he lives now. now he can only remember those poor, but yet happy and lively days in the past. grandpa.. are u suffering?

i think this will do him good if he's unaware of things in the present. i dun wan him to stress over his childrens and himself now.

wat have become of my 3 uncles?! i know dat that they are busy in their work and solving family & financial problems. wat they are, or are not doing now is equivalent to shunning their parent. grandpa is currently in elders' home. the once filial uncles who devoted time in looking after their father, are now more concerned about their own affairs after their marriage/divorce. hoping dat when he grows up old, his children will be able to take care of him (undoubtedly, dat's the responsibility of all).

tis wk's monday is sooooooo blue! blue to the core ah!!! plus my mental tiredness dat hadnt recover since ytd. plus it was raining at alexandra. damn cold in aircon room. hai...wish i am one of the students having sept holiday. but... hazelnut bicsuit cheered me up. plus my apple-carrot juice. hmmmmmm, so fortunate to be able to eat nice foods. lol. gosh, i didnt know hazelnut is dat tasty. i thought i have tasted it somewhere b4, hmm, maybe 4gotten hoe it taste like liao. haha. after eating nice food, went to the toilet wash hand. ZZZZZZZZZZ, it was dat disgusting security guard agn!! i am 100% cfm + guarantee + damn sure dat he did not wash his hands agn! cos i heard no flowing sound of water from the tap and in the pipes. at dat instance when i opened the door and went in, out he went from the toilet. lucky he didnt touch the door handle (it was me who opened the door 1st). eeyer, imagine e smelly aura released from his hands. kkeerrr.. -.-"'
