Went for my job interview today at Raffles place. After stepping out of the station exit, I started to find the building. I look here look dere, walk here walk dere, cant find leh. zzzzzz frustrated, i leaned against a pillar, and I knocked against the protruding signs on it. I turned back and saw the sign says, ' 6 BATTERY ROAD'. =.="' !!!!!! that's the building!! WHAT THE..!! Alright, blame myself for being stupid (for today only).
Went up to the 10th floor and got interviewed by two very pleasant-looking ladies. Same thing lor, asked about my experiences and knowledges and all that including the info on the job.
After that I left, but kept having a strange feeling/thought, as if something was missing. 'nvm', i told myself and scanned my ezlink card, boarded a train and reached Jurong. HP ranged and it was one of the interviewers. GOD!! U R PLAYING WITH ME??? She asked me to go back to Raffles Place and take some documents for the job I am posted to. YEA!! EXACTLY!!! those documents are the things dat i felt missing. Receptions over dere told me dat dat was the second time I entered into dat building and asked me why, so i explained and she laughed. 'nvm', i comforted myself again.
Before leaving the building AGAIN, i checked if everything's fine and in place. All ok. LOL
Wooo.. finally over. I went out and rain suddenly poured down. A super heavy rain with strong wind and frequent lightnings. Reached Jurong and found out how nice it is to have a covered walkway leading straight to my home. Long Live Jurong East!!
Ya, happily walking and suddenly a god damn, blue ugly van sped pass me, splashing the trapped water along the edge of the road on to meeeeeeeee!!!!!!!!!! lower half of my body was completely wet!! 'nvm' i comforted myself yet again and told myself, ' everything will be fine in home and everything will be smooth the next day. Den suddenly i heard some serious and loud swearing infront O.O, hahahaha, ya, got one uncle also got splashed. WHAHAHA. I laughed silently.
harhh, feeling my whole body wet wet de, suddenly got the feeling of wanting to swim.
I will be starting work on Monday. Workplace is in AIA Building at Alexandra. Very convenient, take 197 or 51 can liao. Monday to Friday. So frens..saturday and sunday if u jio me out, i cfm 'ON', though saturdays may be going to ahma's hse.
